Rahul Kakkar, 51
10 years ago Rahul was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Before joining our coaching program he was struggling with poor glycaemic control. Due to a sedentary lifestyle and wrong food choices, his weight was 105kg.
With the help of THC's 24/7 health coaching, Rahul was able to control his carbohydrate intake along with increased intake of dark green, leafy vegetable. He also improved his physical activity by reaching the target of completing 10,000 steps everyday. Due to his efforts, along with the constant support of his Health Coach, he finally lost more than 10kgs. His blood sugar levels are under control and today he lives a life free of medications.
